Polymust Blanc® aids in

  • Prevention of oxidation.
  • Elimination of oxidizable phenolic compounds likely to trap aromas and deviate the color.
  • Also suitable for use in flotation.

DOSAGE:

• Between 30 and 80 g/hL (300 - 800 ppm). Maximum legal dose (EU): 80 g/hL (800 ppm)
