OENOFEEL™:
•Enhances the sensation of roundness and volume on the palate.
•Contributes to the organoleptic balance of wines.
•Supports wine stabilisation through the release of yeast-derived mannoprotein fractions.
•May help reduce ochratoxin A levels in wine during ageing.
DOSAGE
• 10 - 30 g/hL (100 - 300 ppm) according to the desired effect.
