GELATINE EXTRA N°1 is characterized by:
• It's clarification and stabilization functions. It allows a rapid elimination of the present haze and ensures a very good stabilization by removing colloidal substances that may precipitate later.
• Eliminates tannins responsible for aggressive or astringent characters, and gives the wine roundness and suppleness in the mouth.
• Its purity retains the wine's balance and aromatic finesse.
•6 - 10 g/hL (60 - 100 ppm).
